Performance marketing

Paid campaigns that link spend to a clear business goal

We build campaign management around testable hypotheses, suitable messages and ad creatives, and reporting that connects platform data to what happens after the click, so optimization becomes an understandable decision rather than a series of random changes. The service suits companies that spend USD 5,000 or more per month on marketing (about SAR 19,000 or AED 18,000).

When do you need this service?

When spend moves faster than learning

The problem is not always the cost of advertising; it may be in measurement, the message, the offer, or the page. We start by understanding the whole chain before increasing the budget.

01

Decisions based on surface numbers

You track clicks and cost, but find it hard to link them to customer quality, orders, or actual sales.

02

Many changes with no hypothesis

Audiences, creatives, and budgets keep changing with no clear question or documented learning.

03

Ready for disciplined scaling

There is an existing offer and initial data, and you want to test expansion opportunities with clear risk limits.

Scope of work

Full management of the advertising decision cycle

The choice of platforms and the volume of work are set after understanding the audience, goal, budget, and available assets, not from a fixed list applied to every business.

Account and data review

Understanding what has happened, what can be trusted, and what needs completing before making decisions.

Goal and budget

Linking the campaign to a business result, spending limits, and tracking indicators suited to the stage.

Channel and audience selection

Deciding where we reach the audience and how we split tests without scattering the budget.

Messages and ad creatives

Building hypotheses for content and offer, and defining what needs production or development.

Launch and optimization

Managing campaigns, monitoring quality, and adjusting priorities based on the available evidence.

Reading what happens after the click

Reviewing the effect of the page, the order, and commercial follow-up so the platform is not isolated from the journey.

Deliverables

What you get during campaign management

The number of campaigns and creatives varies with the scope, while visibility, ownership, and documentation remain a core part of the work.

01

Campaign plan

Goals, channels, audience, budgets, hypotheses, and review points.

02

An organized account structure

Building or arranging campaigns so they can be read and decisions made without chaos.

03

Test matrix

Specific questions about messages, offers, creatives, and audiences instead of random changes.

04

Creative briefs

Clear direction on what needs design, writing, or production in each round.

05

Continuous optimization

Regular decisions on spend, targeting, and creatives based on performance and context.

06

Decision report

What happened, what we learned, and what we will stop, develop, or test next.

Fit and non-fit

Advertising accelerates what already exists

A fit if

  • You have a clear offer and the ability to receive orders or sales.
  • You can share sales data and customer quality when needed.
  • There is a realistic testing budget and room to develop creatives and pages.
  • You want documented decisions and gradual optimization, not random daily changes.

Not a fit if

  • The product, price, or operating capacity has not been settled yet.
  • You are looking for a sales guarantee before testing the market and the offer.
  • Suitable access to the accounts or results data cannot be provided.
  • There is no capacity to respond to customers or fulfill orders with quality.
How we work

Disciplined testing, then scaling what proves itself

01

Diagnose

Reviewing the goal, accounts, journey, creatives, and available measurement.

02

Test design

Defining hypotheses, channels, budget, and the indicators of success or stopping.

03

Setup and launch

Building the campaigns and checking tracking and creatives before activating spend.

04

Optimize

Monitoring quality and making regular decisions on budget and creatives.

05

Learn and scale

Documenting results and scaling what proves itself, or rebuilding the next hypothesis.

FAQ

About the performance marketing service

Which platforms do you run campaigns on?

We choose platforms by audience, goal, and stage. They may include the major advertising platforms, but the choice of channel comes after understanding the business, not before.

What is the minimum marketing budget?

In ad management and performance, we work with companies that spend USD 5,000 or more per month on marketing (about SAR 19,000 or AED 18,000). This level allows testing more than one message and audience and reading results with enough confidence to make a decision. If your budget is lower, we suggest starting with strategy and conversion pages before increasing spend.

Is the ad spend part of the management fee?

The platform budget is usually separate from M Zee’s fees. The financial proposal clarifies what you pay to the platforms and what the management and production scope covers.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

By default, the accounts and core assets remain owned by the client, with the permissions needed for execution granted according to the agreed scope.

Do you produce the ad creatives?

We define the creative needs and the scope of writing, design, or production when we agree. The M Zee team may carry out what is required or work with your team and existing resources.

When do results appear?

It depends on the buying cycle, budget, offer, data, page, and market. We set realistic review points, but we do not promise a fixed timeline or result before testing.

Do your campaigns need a clearer reading before the budget is increased?

Send a short description of the business, the current platforms, the goal, and the biggest problem you see, and we will explain whether the performance management scope is a fit.
