The Saudi market

A digital marketing company in Saudi Arabia that links advertising to orders and sales

M Zee is a digital marketing and growth agency working with companies and online stores in Saudi Arabia: we build the strategy, run campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google, develop landing pages, and then judge the work by orders and sales, not views.

Who we serve

Who we work with in the Saudi market

We are most useful when the business has a proven service or product and needs a clearer path that links spend to the business result.

Online stores

Stores that want to link ad spend to actual sales and improve the buying journey from ad to completed order, calculating the cost per order after shipping and discounts, not before.

Service and app companies

Companies that depend on a service request or an app download and then a first order, and need to lower the cost per order and improve what happens after the click, as in the home services case study below.

Clinics and medical centers

Clinics that want bookings that people attend, with disciplined medical content and a clear path from ad to appointment. Details are on the medical clinic marketing page.

Market specifics

What is different about marketing to the Saudi market?

The same principles apply in every market, but the details make the difference in the result. These are the points we account for from the first plan of any Saudi project.

Snapchat and TikTok in the first test

We do not build the plan on Meta alone. Snapchat and TikTok enter the first test alongside Meta and Google, and then the cost per order in each channel decides where the budget goes.

WhatsApp is part of the sales path

Many customers prefer to ask before buying or booking. So we treat a WhatsApp conversation as a stage in the conversion path, and measure what happens after it instead of stopping at the number of conversations.

Numbers in riyals and with product economics

We calculate the acceptable cost per order from profit margin, average order value, and delivery cost, not from general averages. This way a number like SAR 35 per order becomes an understandable decision, not an abstract figure.

Seasons set the rhythm of the quarter

Buying behavior and ad cost change around Ramadan, the two Eids, National Day, and sale seasons. We plan the quarter around these seasons and prepare messages and pages before them, not in their week.

Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam are not one audience

We tune geographic targeting to the actual delivery or service areas and read each city’s performance separately, because spend outside the service area raises cost without adding orders.

A message close to the audience

We test message wording instead of assuming it, and we use customer-generated content when it suits the brand, as in the perfume store case, because it brings the offer closer to the audience’s language and questions.

Case studies

Case studies from Saudi Arabia with published figures

We present the figures as they appear in each study, without adding derived percentages or indicators. Project sales are not M Zee’s revenue, and the results are not a guarantee for another project.

Home services app: cost per order from SAR 50 to SAR 35

The cost per order was SAR 50, so the work focused on improving the app experience, search campaigns, and acquisition decisions, instead of looking at the campaigns alone. Dr. Mohammed Fawzee helped lead the strategy and improved the acquisition and conversion path.

Perfume store: 29,000 orders

The work combined landing page tests, customer-generated content, and improvements to ads and the purchase experience in one path. Dr. Mohammed Fawzee led the strategy and oversaw execution, and the sales are documented by the client or from the client’s website.

How we work

How we work: from diagnosis to a 90-day plan, then execution

We work remotely with our clients in Saudi Arabia, and we agree from the start on communication channels, review dates, and the decision maker on both sides. The partnership often starts with a diagnosis within the marketing and growth strategy service, then a plan following the logic of quarterly marketing planning.

01

Diagnose

The business goal, the offer, the current channels, the available data, and where customers leak away.

02

90-day plan

Ordered priorities, channels and messages to test, and agreed indicators with the source of each.

03

Launch and test

Campaigns, pages, and content working as one path, with specific tests rather than random changes.

04

Measure

Cost per order and sales from the store or system data, not from the ads dashboard alone.

05

Monthly review

What we double down on, what we stop, and what we test next month.

Services

Services available in Saudi Arabia

Collaboration can start with a single service, but we always define how it relates to the rest of the customer journey.

02

Ad campaign management

Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google campaigns, message testing, and budget allocation according to results.

03

Content and social media

Messages and content themes that help the customer move toward a decision, not publishing with no function.

Before signing

How to evaluate any marketing company before signing

There is no “best marketing company in Saudi Arabia” for every project; there is the right partner for your stage and your budget. Three questions reveal a lot before you sign, with us or with anyone else.

Ask before you sign

  • Does the company show past results with the starting point, its actual role, and the limits of the data?
  • By which indicator will the partnership be measured, and from which source: the ads dashboard or your own sales data?
  • Who actually leads the strategy, who executes, and who do you talk to weekly?

Starting budget

  • We do not state a fixed figure, because the right budget depends on the cost of reaching your customer, your margin, and the stage the business is at.
  • After the diagnosis, we explain whether the budget allows a useful test or whether there are priorities to resolve before spending.

FAQ

About working with M Zee in Saudi Arabia

Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?

We work remotely with clients in Saudi Arabia, and we are based in Alexandria. Communication runs through WhatsApp, email, and video meetings, on review dates we agree at the start.

Do you work with companies in Riyadh and Jeddah?

Yes, we can work with companies in Riyadh, Jeddah, and the rest of the Kingdom’s cities. Because the work is remote, the city does not change how we work; what changes is the geographic targeting and the delivery or service areas.

How long is the contract?

The duration and scope are set in a written proposal after the diagnosis, according to what the project needs. We plan the work in quarterly cycles so there is enough time to test and measure before judging results.

What do we receive monthly?

A review of the agreed indicators from their sources, what we learned from the tests, and the proposed decisions for next month: what we double down on, what we stop, and what we test.

Do you guarantee results like the case studies?

No. Each result depends on the market, the offer, the budget, and the starting point. What we promise is a clear approach and honest measurement, and we explain the assumptions before spend.

Do you want to link your ad spend to actual orders?

Tell us about your business in Saudi Arabia, the goal you are working toward, and the biggest obstacle you face now, and we will define the most useful first step with you. For written details use the contact page.
